Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of great moments and some minor setbacks. The rooms were stunning, quiet, and perfect for relaxation, with lovely big spaces and comfortable beds, but there was a hint of mold due to the open shower concept. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was ideal for exploring local attractions, though the pool temperature was a bit chilly for my liking. The dining experience had its highlights, especially with personalized touches, but could have offered more variety. Overall, a delightful stay with just a few hiccups.
The hotel rooms were fantastic, very spacious, and offered excellent amenities, although our room only had a shower, not a bath. The location was very convenient, right at the beginning of Monkey Forest Road, close to various shops and eateries. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The dining experience was fabulous with fresh table service. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location, adjacent to the Monkey Forest and just a 15-minute walk from the bustling part of Ubud. The rooms offer a serene setting near a bamboo jungle, though ventilation could be improved. The service is marked by incredibly friendly staff, despite some areas needing enhancement. The dining experience, while a-la-carte and tasty, may have room for improvement, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel is right beside the swimming pool, which was fantastic full of amenities. The rooms are spacious, featuring a stunning bathtub with a Balinese style tap, and are a great way to unwind after a day full of adventure, although some smelled musty and damp, requiring a room change.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet, offering stunning 270-degree views of the jungle canopy below from our balcony. The amenities provided, including towels at the pool, drinking water in the room, and high-quality hand/shower soaps and lotions, made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were a bit limited, which was the only downside of my experience.
The hotel's rooms are fabulous, especially the pillows, but the lack of proper ventilation left a lingering old bathroom smell. The massive bathtub and spacious, clean rooms with huge balconies are definite pluses. The service is wonderful, with helpful and proactive staff. The location is great, central to Ubud's attractions but close to a noisy restaurant. The dining experience offers a la carte options, though limited for a 5-star hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and great amenities.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and really nice, although the bathroom was separated by just a curtain. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. The location, though not the most central, was perfect for exploring Ubud, close to the Monkey Forest and other attractions. However, the dining options were a bit below average, disappointing me. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a stay in Ubud.
